I tried on a new hat this summer when I was asked to be both production designer and producer on a film with "Lost and Found Mommy Productions."

In a world where we are staring artificial intelligence in the face, it only seemed fitting to stare right back.

Waifu 3000 is shot in beautiful Maple Ridge, BC, and is about a down on his luck man, who gets dumped by his long term girlfriend. His best friend eager to bring his out of his slump, sends him a special delivery to cheer him up. As the saying goes, the road to hell is paved with good intentions, and not all is as it seems!

Waifu 3000 is currently in the film festival circuit until the New Year, with one win so far under it's belt. The Canadian premier is slated for 2024, with all ticket proceeds going towards the British Columbia Mental Health Association.
